Eating habits greatly impact your progress no matter how intense your workout is.

PATH TO WEIGHT LOSS

Start your journey with a plan. 

 

  • A workout partner is good if wanting motivation.  

  • Start light and aim towards increasing your workload.  

  • Mix up your workouts to avoid boredom.  

  • Drink water.  

  • Monitor your intake of calories, sugars and carbohydrates to find areas for improvement.  

  • Rest is vital.  

  • Never neglect cardio.  

  • Always make sure to eat based on your goal.

Whether you are fighter or do it for fitness; here are tips I recommend.

 

  • Breath properly.  

  • Bring your hands back to your face.  

  • Keeping your chin tucked.  

  • Practice proper form..

Boxing has shown me what it truly takes to get in shape and I’d like to share my knowledge with others.

My story has always been influential and motivational.


Diagnosed with epilepsy is news no one wants to hear but unfortunately; I was on the receiving end.


From age 9 to 17; I was on over 10 different medications and constantly in the hospital as my disability caused seizure episodes.

 

Three weeks before turning 17; I had a brain operation to resolve the issue.


Prior to surgery; I could not regularly exercise as physical activities triggered my disorder.  

 

Suffering from lack of self-confidence caused weight gain which was my wake-up calI for a healthier lifestyle.

 

Recovering from a major operation to Personal Trainer/Boxer is my way of saying “We all have that fight in us”.

BEHIND THE SCENES….

Growing up in a military family where moving and meeting new people was routine taught me to stay busy and always find my meaning.  

 

That is my mentality when I am not training a client or myself.

 

Outside of Boxing and Fitness; I enjoy artistic activities such as playing the Piano, Drawing and Painting.  

 

Anime is my way of relaxation as well.

IS IT TOO LATE TO START BOXING?

Age is only a number and all you need is commitment to start Boxing. That's the best part of the sport as there is no age restriction in order to engage in it.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

It’s easy to pick up weights; but putting on gloves to hit and move like a fighter is a whole different challenge that pushes every part of you.  A trainer that can help with both while make them fun separates me from the rest.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I am open to giving free nutritional guidance if you are seeking simple tips and advice.  I also offer meal prepping for better recovery and muscle growth.
